幫助 -更改網站登入密碼

Tips: 重要: 必讀

點擊 “忘記密碼” 按鈕後,　請馬上查收電郵完成餘下改密碼程序, 在完成餘下改密碼程序前, 請盡量不要用舊密碼登入後台, 因基於安全理由，自助更改密碼功能會被鎖定，這時用戶必須與我們的IT團隊才能重置密碼.

1. 於登入介面  click 忘記密碼
2. 輸入你的admin contact email (申請服務時填寫的電郵)
3. 打開你的電郵, click 信內連結
4. 輸入新密碼 再重覆輸入新密碼 5. 保存
Tips: (必讀): 為何我不能成功更改密碼?	如果您發現 “更改密碼鏈結” 並不是連到 “更改變密碼頁面”（而是一個正常的登錄頁），這可能是由於你在點擊 “忘記密碼” 按鈕後, 但在進入 “更改變密碼頁面” 之前，曾經用舊密碼登入過後台，基於安全理由，自助更改密碼功能會被鎖定，用戶必須與我們的IT團隊重置密碼 如是這個情況, ,請您回覆這個電郵, 我們會安排password robot發送一封重置密碼的電郵, 請回覆這個電郵以更新密碼.。

1. The change password link (verify email) is auto send to the admin email only, we don’t have the copy.

2. If you found the change password link is not to change password (became a normal login page), It may due to you logined into the admin after u clicked the forgot pw button but before u changing it, then,  for security reason, the auto change password function wil be locked and u must contact our IT team to reset password (reply the email to provide new password).

3. So, simpy speaking , pls reply the next email from IT team to provide you new password.
